- Contract Duration 13 weeks
- Pay range - $60 to $62/hr
Job Description:
- Orientation is every other Monday
- NY license in hand
- Nurse patient ratio 1:06
- Cancer diagnosis (including some chemotherapy), palliative/end of life care, general med/surg - wound care, IV antibiotics, renal/kidney injury, pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, ortho/general/urology surgeries post operative
- Common medications: IV antibiotics, IV chemotherapy, IV fluids/electrolytes, PO antihypertensive meds, PO electrolyte replacement, controlled substances - narcotics, benzodiazepines, other assorted medications to treat chronic medical conditions (i.e. inhalers, insulin and other anti-diabetics, etc.)
- EPIC charting
- Telemetry Registered Nurses may be required to float within scope between the campuses when determined by UHS Leadership
