Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess residents using telemetry equipment to track cardiac activity.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation.
Respond to telemetry changes and provide timely interventions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding cardiac conditions and care.
Qualifications:
Current and active RN license in New York State.
Experience with telemetry monitoring or cardiac care preferred.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and time-management skills.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.
