Sells services and products by telephone on behalf of clients to achieve client goals and in a manner directed by supervisor or manager.Essential Job Functions:Sell services and products to achieve client goals; includes utilizing effective sales presentations, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting availability expectations.Create a positive relationship for client in all customer contacts.Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.Meet company's expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.Adhere to company's policies as outlined in employee policy manual.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Qualification Requirements:High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.Excellent verbal skills.High energy level; self confidence; positive attitude.Eager to learn; flexibility and adaptability to change.Highly accurate; good with details.Previous sales or customer service experience desirable.Highly dependable.Excellent computer & typing skillsSchedule:Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available. Flexible start times. Day and evening shifts.
