Responsibilities
The WCI outpatient clinic is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our telephone triage team. Prior oncology experience preferred; one year of acute care experience required. Responsibilities include: clinical assessment, symptom management, patient education, addressing critical lab values, care coordination, and collaborating with oncology/hematology provider teams. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be autonomous in decision-making, and have excellent assessment skills. Position is located offsite at Corporate Woods and parking is free. Candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the URMC IICARE values of integrity, inclusion, compassion, accountability, respect & excellence.
**Qualifications**
Requires a Diploma, Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State RN license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 6-12 months of RN experience. This position assumes the charge nurse role, actively participates in unit/service activities, supports co-workers, and assesses unit needs.

**Pay Range**
Pay Range: $35.35- $45.96 Hourly
_The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum annual salary for this faculty position. Individual salaries will be determined within the jobs salary range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
