Tellers are to provide excellent customer service to the members while performing account transactions initiated from walk in lobby traffic, telephone, mail and online banking. Account transactions include member deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers. Tellers are responsible to balance their cash box daily and assist with the vault & ATM balancing.
The successful candidate will be able to learn and follow banking regulations, credit union procedures & policies. Additionally, they will need to be able to work with members, co-workers and management.
