At IHMVCU, we pride in making the financial journey of our members successful and humbling. As a Teller (Part-Time), you will have the ability to:

  • Provide exceptional member service.
  • Opportunity to educate members with well thought out financial solutions to meet individual goals and needs of each member, including products and services.
  • Complete monetary, check and card transactions as well as research and problem solving.
  • Process member requests including, but not limited to:
    • Name and Address changes
    • Statements and Account histories
    • Process card fraud/disputes, lost card reports
    • Set Travel preferences
    • Assist with Bill Pay, Mobile and Online Banking
  • On average this position will work 25-28 hours per week, including every Saturday.
  • Anticipated Start Date for this position is December 2nd.

  • Standing: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
