Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Scheduling, supervising, training, approving employee timecards, and developing staff.
* Maintaining customer service standards, greeting customers, and facilitating a welcome and customer focused environment.
* Perform teller transactions as needed.
* Conduct surprise audits at least monthly; teller drawers, machines, and vault.
* Supporting the staff by approving/overseeing transactions as needed
* Assisting with balancing issues and verification of cash outages.
* Set staff goals, evaluate individual performance, execution of goals, and provide disciplinary actions when needed.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma (or equivalency) required.
* 3-5 years of bank teller experience. Supervising and training of employees is preferred.
* Candidate must have knowledge of all basic teller functions.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Performing typical financial transactions and teller functions are mandatory.
* Requires an advance knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures.
