Job Description: - The HR Shared Services Representative, within the HR Shared Services Team, responds to employee and manager inquiries for HR related matters, provides support for employee self-service tools, and provides accurate information about policies, processes, and programs to resolve employee inquiries and matters on a timely basis, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- This position provides day to day administrative support to the HR Business Partners.
- Works closely with other internal stakeholders and outside vendor contacts.

- Highly self-motivated individual with ability to work independently, think pro-actively, prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail

- Administrative skills: Answer telephones, compile statistics, interview others, maintain filing system, maintain logs.
- Knowledge of and willingness to maximize HRIS solutions.

Submission Requirements: - Two years office experience in fast-paced setting, including independent decision-making, critical thinking, high level of customer service and attention to detail, required.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience using an automated Human Resource Information System (HRIS) is strongly preferred.
- Associate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification in CCP, CEBS, SHRM or HRCI, Project Management or Six Sigma, preferred.
