TEMP HYBRID COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST AT TOP NYC HEALTHCARE FIRM Hourly Pay Rate is $54.25 to $59.25 per hour | Temp Assignment | MUST be Fully COVID & Flu VaccinatedHybrid with One to Two Days per Month in Office | Incredible OrganizationTop NYC Hospital looking for an experienced digital communications professional to join its organization as a Communication & Engagement Specialist for a Hybrid Temporary Assignment through to 31 Dec 2024 with the Possibility to Extend . You will be part of its DigITs-Digital Informatics & Technology Solutions Organization of 1,300+ Technology Staff. Your resume MUST include Links to Work Samples/Portfolio .Working Hybrid (NY Tri-state Area & Office Near Grand Central) with Two (2) to Three (3) Times in the Office Monthly. MUST be COVID & Flu Vaccinated.The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the direction of the organization's digital journey in a fast-paced environment that is fueled by shaping the future of cancer education, research, care, and survivorship. This role will be responsible for creating content and messaging to tell the story of the Digital Transformation at the organization through visual representations. This story will be told across multiple platforms [meetings, online (intranet), Email, presentations, mobile, video, and print] to ensure internal audiences get clear and engaging understanding of what the organization is trying to do. A consultative skill set and approach, as well as a flexible and collaborative working style, are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities against tight deadlines.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree or Four (4) years of professional experience (in lieu of a degree).
  • Seven to Ten (7-10) years of experience in a Related Field required (experience could be drawn from related professional or academic work).
  • Expertise with using Microsoft Office 365 Suite of products, including PowerPoint required.
  • Experience Building and Managing Content with SharePoint Classic/SharePoint Online required.
  • Experience Developing Communication and Engagement Plans that address Organizational Change Management Impacts.
  • Demonstrated interest in UI/UX Research, Design, and Evaluation Methodologies required.
  • Able to Manage and Create Digital Content for Intranet/Web/Social Platforms.
  • Able to Develop Print Materials, Presentations, etc.
  • Able to Create Pleasing, Engaging Materials that Translate Complexity and Address Regulatory Requirements.
  • Outstanding Communicator, Adept at Creating Partnerships, Reaching Different Audiences, and Working with Stakeholders at All Levels to Meet Shared Objectives and Goals.
  • Can-do Collaborator who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and believes in a culture of cooperation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with DigITs leadership to create and design content using various communications channels.
  • Build compelling presentations for different audience segments including executive leadership.
  • Design and develop content for the DigITs intranet to provide information to internal customers and DigITs employees.
  • Research and develop simple yet infographics.
  • Develop programs to teach others on how to tell a compelling and powerful story.
  • Organize meetings and conference calls, preparing and circulating notes.
  • Maintain communications plans, project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence by all project team members to deadlines.
  • Generate content for key governance committee meetings, attend the meetings, maintain minutes.
