Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to Management and staff. DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Perform clerical tasks.
- Prepare the agendas before every meeting and distribute them to all the staff members attending.
- Operate all the office filing systems.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must be able to work with all levels of Management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to fax, manage files perform multifaceted general office support.
RequirementsEDUCATION
- High school diploma is a must; however, a college degree is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
