Further information is available at www.mcicoach.com.POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Service Center Manager, the Parts Stock Specialist manages and distributes parts for service and repair operations. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, processing orders, and supporting technicians and customers. This role ensures smooth operations by accurately receiving, labeling, storing, and issuing parts, collaborating with vendors, and adhering to safety protocols.WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Follow company policies and procedures; maintain clean and organized parts room and warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory control, process orders, label and stock parts, and manage necessary paperwork.
  • Serve at the parts counter, fulfill parts requirements, and aid technicians.
  • Load/unload trucks, pick up and deliver parts, and operate material handling equipment.
  • Participate in local meetings, complete activity reports, and travel as needed (less than 60%).
  • Monitor and ensure proper accountability of parts, set up storage solutions, and handle part shortages.
  • Support the Service Center Manager and Supervisor Team as needed.
  • Travel - 35%
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic computer skills, including experience with Oracle or similar systems.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive, bus, or heavy-duty vehicle components and systems.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy parts and materials.
  • Commitment to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
