DetailsClient Name North Adams Regional Hospital Job Type Travel Offering Allied Profession Radiology Specialty MRI Tech Job ID 29451725 Job Title Temp - Tech - MRI (Evenings) North Adams, MA Weekly Pay $3134.0 Shift DetailsShift Mid - 8x5 - 03PM Scheduled Hours 40 Job Order DetailsStart Date 12/09/2024 End Date 03/10/2025 Duration 13 Week(s) Job Description Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: MRI Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 Experience: 3+ years of current MRI experience and 2 years of current X-Ray experience required License: Massachusetts Radiology License (Pending license accepted if in process at profile upload; must have in hand to begin assignment) Certifications: ARRT (MR) and (R), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Travel experience (at least 6 months or more) - Ability to function independently and proficiently in a high-stress, work-intensive environment - Ability to move and lift patients, equipment, and supplies regularly - Experience operating complex radiographic equipment, including C-arm - Working knowledge of film processing and laser imaging - Ability to stand/walk up to 6 hours per 8-hour shift - Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. intermittently and over 100 lbs. without assistance - Proficient in the English language - Ability to work holidays if required - Meditech Expanse experience preferred - Flexibility to consider other duties during low census - Must have own vehicle Job Description: - Consideration given to travelers with a pending Massachusetts Radiology License - Must work one of the following holiday periods: Christmas Eve/Christmas Day with the following weekend or New Year's Eve/New Year's Day with the following weekend - Work with GE HDXT 16.0 and 23.0 systems, handling approximately 9 patients per shift - Collaborative work environment with another Tech Aide or MRI Tech; never work solo - COVID vaccination required with dose date on or after October 3, 2023 - Must be willing to fill out exemption form or follow mask-wearing policy if approved for exemption - Ability to work posted schedule without schedule accommodations (e.g., block scheduling) - Traveler must provide two specific interview dates/times of availability with the profile - This is a small facility, so the traveler must be able to work independently and hit the ground running *Note: Profile submissions must include the traveler's perm address, COVID vaccination card (or exemption form intent), and requested time off.
