Job Title: Technologist Job Specialty: Ultrasound Technologist - Vascular Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Experience: 2+ years of current Ultrasound Tech/Vascular experience required; previous travel experience preferred License: As required by position Certifications: ARDMS, BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Proficiency in working with MediTech preferred- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment- Skills Checklist pertinent to the position, current to 1 year, when applicable Job Description: - This role is looking for candidates ready to start on December 2nd.- COVID vaccination is not required but recommended; candidates should indicate their vaccination status and upload a copy if applicable.- Only travelers committed to accepting and following through with the assignment should apply.- Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; time off requests after the upload will not be approved.- No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted, with fewer days preferred.- Must be willing to work holiday rotations as needed.- The medical imaging department features advanced imaging resources and experienced medical professionals to provide quality, personalized care across all age groups.- Staff is fully accredited and certified, having met and surpassed national standards.- Board-certified radiologists conduct and interpret imaging exams using state-of-the-art equipment.- Expected patient load ranges from 5-12 per day, depending on the shift.- Patient population includes newborn to geriatric.- Hospital-provided scrubs are required attire.- Note that a reduced rate is applicable for local travelers within a 50-mile radius.
