TEMP TO HIRE ACOUNTS RECEIVALBE DAILY AUDITOR

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial accuracy and record-keeping?

We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Daily Auditor to join our clients accounting department. This role involves auditing and reconciling daily accounts receivable transactions, ensuring financial records are accurate and comply with company policies.

AR Daily Auditor Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily cash drawer reports from the company system.
  • Produce Point of Sale and credit card reports for reconciliation.
  • Reconcile Point of Sale data with store location cash drawers.
  • Complete all month-end processes.
  • Verify credit card reports against received funding.
  • Order bank supplies for store locations.
  • Assist stores with customer order issues.
  • Maintain daily over/short funding records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • At least one year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for managing large volumes of data entry.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Professional, pleasant, and confident communication skills.
  • Retail experience is a plus!
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
