Location: New York or Chicago Salary Rate: $80-100/hr This role is hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for a Senior Designer / Associate Creative Director with a strong background with beauty brands combined with an astute design sensibility, attention to detail and deep understanding of designing for digital and e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced setting, under tight deadlines, with great time management, flexibility and good humor. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure consistency and coherence in design by following established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Bring ideas and strategic thinking to creative execution to drive results.
• The role is expected to be hands-on and requires organization, diligence and creativity.
• Manage clean working files for seamless collaboration between internal creative team and resources.
• Adhere to quick-turn deadlines and ensure tasks are being completed fully and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience within Design, Advertising, Marketing, Content Development, Branding Agency or equivalent experience (Preferred).
• You have a passion for design and creativity.
• An excellent sensibility for photography, illustration, and typography.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, contributing to collaborative design processes, effective team communication.
• A deep attention to detail and a dedication to proper delivery.
• Quick to adapt through proactive problem solving, work with a sense of urgency.
• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
