This recruitment is for Temporary Admitting Worker positions UCI's internal temporary staffing service. Positions can be located at: UC Irvine Medical Center Orange Irvine - Campus Costa Mesa Newport Beach Laguna Hills Anaheim Santa Ana Tustin Yorba Linda

Qualifications:

Required:

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Data entry experience.
• Experience using electronic medical records (EMS) systems.
• Experience working in customer service environments.
• 1-3 years One year of general clerical experience or completion of vocational training in the medical front office field.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a medical setting for one year or more.
• Experience with EPIC EMR system.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurances.
• Experience with billing.
