Job Overview: We are seeking a Temporary Beauty Consultant to provide exceptional customer service to all our guests at Ulta Beauty. The role includes engaging with guests to understand their needs, handling cashier tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with in-store events. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service skills. This position offers opportunities for growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests by addressing their needs and recommending products and services Handle cashier tasks including sales, refunds, exchanges, and online orders Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance the guest experience Assist with in-store events and services to meet sales goals and offer an unrivaled guest experience Maintain overall store cleanliness and adhere to operating procedures and compliance standards Job Requirements: High school diploma preferred 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Continuous mobility throughout the store and ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
