The Designer [MNS-HUR] is responsible for working with the VP of Design and/or Design Directors in the design, creation and delivery of the Hurley Men's products that supports strategic initiatives. This position will use exceptional design skills, knowledge of the current market and identifying trends to create innovative and commercially viable products from conception to production. Essential Functions (Including but not limited to): Responsible for designing, sketching and developing ideas for multiple collections in designated brand/product area. Research and identify emerging fashion trends and interpret those trends for each brand. Generate, updated and recolor seasonal CADS for designated brand/product area. Make Periodic updates to product line. Produce detailed tech packs and follow through the entire development of product from initial line to final pre-production samples.
