Bright Harbor Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Director of Children & Families Services to oversee and lead our comprehensive program. The Children & Families Services program provides a wide range of services including counseling, therapy, and support for children, adolescents, and families facing various challenges.As the Interim Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including program development, staff supervision, budget management, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with key stakeholders and community partners to enhance program effectiveness and meet the needs of our clients.Position Title: Interim Director of Children & Families ServicesPosition Type: Full Time; Temporary; Weekends and On Call Coverage/Availability RequiredLocation: Toms River, NJDepartment: Children & Families ServicesResponsibilities:Provide leadership and direction to all 17+ Children & Families Services programsOversee program development, implementation, and evaluationSupervise and support program staff, providing guidance and mentorship and clinical supervisionManage program budget and resources effectivelyCollaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectivenessEnsure compliance with all regulations, policies, and proceduresMaster's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)LCSW/LPC RequiredCurrent certification to provide supervision hours towards clinical licensure preferred OR eligible to take courseMinimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a children and families services programStrong knowledge of child and family development, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practicesDemonstrated ability to manage and lead a multidisciplinary teamExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
