Temporary Evening Employee
Kennett Regional Campus
Part-Time, Variable Afternoon/Evening Shifts (4-9:30 pm), 20-25 hours/week
Hourly Wage: $12.00
Primary Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and take messages
* Schedule student appointments
* Login Zoom ready rooms
* Troubleshoot Zoom classrooms
* Check in/out textbooks
* Troubleshoot printers & computers
* Handle student and guest inquiries
* Proctor exams as needed
* Refill and restock supplies in classrooms, office, & student lounge
* Report campus problems to maintenance, IT, coordinator, and/or regional director
* Shut down classes (computers, Zoom, TV, etc.) at end of evening classes
* Close building (turn off lights, lock, etc.) at end of evening classes
* Other duties as assigned
* High school diploma or GED
* Ability to work evening shifts, 20-25 hours per week
* Demonstrated experience with computers, printers, and other peripherals
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
