WSI Temp Graphic Designer Position Summary
The overall function of this role is to provide production support to the brand creative team. This Digital Production Designer works closely with designers and project managers to produce pixel-perfect digital collateral, based on pre-defined templates and style guides. These assets include emails, social marketing, and interior site pages.
Our model candidate appreciates design, photography, and type hierarchies, is comfortable working with precise technical specifications regarding image usage, media and file formats, file sizes, and copy styling. They are responsible for upholding strict specifications for file naming conventions and file organization. Lastly, this person thrives in a fast-moving environment balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Functions
* Prepare and deliver assets for email, paid marketing, social, web, and other digital channels
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with art directors, marketing managers, production manager, project managers and other cross-functional stakeholders
* Build and maintain organized production files. Work closely with the team to streamline and develop workflows to better work with other members of the creative team, and cross-functionally
* Maintain digital template libraries. Keep all team members up-to-date on any new templates or guidelines
* Problem-solve and think fast on your feet to deliver quick turnaround when required (often in 24 hours or less)
* Constantly strive for better, more innovative solutions across all media channels
Criteria
* Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Graphic Design, or related field
* At least 2 years of digital production experience. Luxury or home experience a plus
* Meticulously organized and careful attention to detail & quality
* Ability to communicate clearly with peers and across disciplines
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
* Ability to exercise initiative in a changing environment
* A dedication to delivering high-quality, organized final projects
* Ability to meet deadlines and can react to business needs and fluctuations in workload
* Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Project management software
* Knowledge of HTML5 is a plus
* Ability to perform work onsite in the Brooklyn corporate office full-time.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $30.00 - 50.00 an hour. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
