We are partnering with a rapidly growing global wealth firm that is seeking a Temporary Junior HR Generalist to play a key role in supporting their HR operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating essential HR functions such as payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding to ensure the organization maintains accurate and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, and be adept at managing ambiguity and sudden changes. With at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience, you will need to demonstrate strong payroll expertise along with exposure to benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes. A flexible, adaptable mindset is critical for success in this hybrid position, which requires 3-5 days per week in the office.
