Job Summary

The Recruiting/Operations Assistant will assist the recruiting and operations departments in the Georgia Southern Football program. The assistant will work closely with the Assistant AD for Football Operations, Director of Football Operations, General Manager, and Director of On-Campus Recruiting.

Temporary employees are employed according to departmental need and the length of time will vary by workload and may not exceed 1300 hours worked in a 12-consecutive month period.

Responsibilities

* Completes operational tasks such as:

* Logs daily football logistics

* Home game operations

* Travel logistics

* Compliance tasks

* Completes recruiting tasks such as:

* Game day UOV tickets

* Student itineraries

* Gameday recruiting sign ups

* Official visit logistics

* Spring practice invitations

Shift Specifics

* 20 hours per week

* Flexible with schedule of availability

* Works evenings and weekends

* May require work on holidays

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

* Bachelor's degree

Required Experience

* Experience working in college football

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Experience

* Experience working at the FBS level of college football Knowledge of NCAA, Sun Belt, and Georgia Southern rules

Proposed Salary

$15.00 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
