Posting DetailsPosition InformationJob Title Temporary Office Coordinator Department Center for Nursing Research - 35300 Pay Grade 10 Job Category Temporary Job Summary The College of Nursing is accepting applications for an Temporary Office Coordinator for the Tennessee Center for Nursing Advancement and the Appalachian Highlands Center for Nursing Advancement. This position may have the opportunity to become a regular full-time position in the future. The office functions this position is responsible for include managing the calendar and all office communications. The role also involves planning and providing assistance during SWOT assessments across various locations in Tennessee. This includes compiling the findings from these assessments. The individual is expected to learn and supervise payroll processes while assisting with the orientation of new staff members for the Centers. They are also responsible for supporting the creation of dashboards and carrying out any other tasks related to the Centers as required. This position is also responsible for assisting with and maintaining the websites with current information, and assisting with financial tracking spreadsheets that assist in accounting for all expenses for the correct Center and grants.The official workday is 7.5 hours, which includes a one (1) hour lunch/meal break.All positions at East Tennessee State University are contingent upon sufficient funding.ETSU is committed to ensuring that our students, faculty, and staff are valued and work in an environment of openness and acceptance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED .
- Minimum 3 years of clerical/administrative office experience (relevant part-time and student work experience may be considered).
