Contacts customers via phone, email and mail to resolve pended order issues.Pay:* $15/hourSchedule Requirements/Commitment:Your scheduled hours and training will be within the designated shift time you select based on being an AM or Mid shift.*

Day* 10/21-10/25 from 8AM to 12PM CST* 10/28-11/01 from 8AM to 12PM CST* Mid:* 10/28-11/01 from 1PM-5PM CSTMiscellaneous Information:* A weekend shift (Saturday and/or Sunday) is required for all agents.* Initially, you will work just 4-8 hours/week until late Nov/early Dec* If extra hours are offered, you're welcome to pick up extra hours at any time, this is not just limited to your desired schedule preference of AM, Mid.* Schedules run Sunday - Saturday.* Part Time schedules are 24 or more hours a week.* Full Time schedules are 40 hours a week.* Overtime is not available unless specifically offered.* All times for Omaha Steaks are listed in Central Standard Time.* Your chosen schedule will be a block schedule.* You will work the same shift time on all days selected to work.* You will select your schedule during day one of training.Qualifications You'll Need:* A quiet workspace* An approved headset will be required to purchase (reimbursed by company)* Must have your own PC that is hard-wired to the internet (you can work from a laptop, but Wi-Fi/Wireless are not supported)* PC must be less than 6 years old and running Microsoft Windows 10 or 11 (Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS, and Chrome OS are not supported or allowed)* Windows 10 must be* CPU - 2.0 GHZ - 3.0 GHZ processor* RAM - 8GB or more* Drive - 256gb or more* Will need to complete a Computer Test & Internet Speed Test to meet the required specifications* Must have computer and virus protection* Must have anti-virus installed and up to date (Windows 10 built-in security center antivirus and/or 3rd party antivirus are supported)
