ABOUT THIS TEMP POSITIONThis is a temporary position and the length of assignment is estimated to go from early November 2024 to the end of February 2025, with the possibility for extension, based on business need. The length of the assignment is always dependent on business needs, and dates may change. While the assignment would be at the Alliance, if selected, you would be an employee of a temporary employment agency with whom we would connect you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with our Lead and Senior Recruiters, the Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and performing professional-level recruitment and selection activities for all full-lifecycle steps, from planning meetings through compensation analysis and extending offers for various positions. Utilizing our online Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, you'll post jobs, screen applications, configure steps, and ensure data integrity. You'll proactively partner with hiring supervisors to design selection steps and develop interview questions. You'll collaborate with our TA Coordinators to ensure a positive candidate experience for timely communication and scheduling. We have a lot of processes, so tracking details, being organized and maintaining accurate records and filing systems is important. The data the Recruiters touch feeds into other workstreams, so meticulous attention to detail is key. The onboarding process is a robust and comprehensive journey which requires commitment and dedication from you and from our team, and active participation is required - remaining curious and being an engaged learner will help build your business knowledge of the organization while also ensuring that you understand the work of Talent Acquisition.

The full compensation range for this position is listed by location below. The actual compensation for this role will be determined by our compensation philosophy, analysis of the selected candidate's qualifications (direct or transferrable experience related to the position, education or training), as well as other factors (internal equity, market factors, and geographic location).
Zone 1 (Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz)$42-$46.50 USDZone 2 (Mariposa and Merced)$40-$44 USD OUR BENEFITSAvailable for all regular Alliance employees working more than 30 hours per week. Some benefits are available on a pro-rated basis for part-time employees. These benefits are unavailable to temporary employees while on an assignment with the Alliance.
