Temporary Remote Litigation Attorney

Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a Los Angeles Metropolitan area litigation boutique law firm in their search of a Remote Temporary Litigation Attorney.

The ideal Remote Temporary Litigation Attorney will have the following qualifications:

• At least three years of civil litigation experience handling either plaintiff or defense litigation. Insurance litigation experience is preferred, though not required.
• Strong research and writing skills, expertise in handling discovery are required. Previous experience taking and/or defending depositions is a plus.
• Admitted and in good standing in California
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills.

NOTE:

• The salary offering will be determined based on the candidate s industry knowledge and experience.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
