Job Description:
A Saginaw Township apartment complex is seeking a Temporary Secretary to cover a leave of absence. This role is expected to last approximately 5-6 weeks and offers full-time hours while it lasts. Compensation is $18/hr. Primary responsibilities of the Temporary Secretary will be the first point of contact for those calling or visiting the location and seeking information or other requirements.Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones courteously and direct calls as needed.
  • Greet walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with information in regards to their requests.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as needed or directed.
Skills:
  • A background in customer service is desired.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
