The Commission investigates the effects of dumped and subsidized imports on domestic industries and conducts global safeguard investigations. The Commission also adjudicates cases involving imported goods that are alleged to infringe on U.S. intellectual property rights and serves as a federal resource where trade data and other trade policy-related information are gathered and analyzed. 2.0 OBJECTIVE To obtain six (6) full time Senior Human Resources Generalists to provide temporary comprehensive recruitment, staffing, and support for the USITC. The prospective candidates must have extensive experience in a Federal Human Resources environment, possess exceptional customer service skills, and display a commitment to teamwork. 3.0 DESCRIPTION The Senior Human Resources Generalists provides a wide range of human resources advice related to the areas of recruitment and placement and staffing. The Senior Human Resources Generalists must have fully functional experience working in both a Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) and a Merit Promotion Program. This includes preparing and posting a wide range of vacancy announcements via the USA Staffing System. The prospective candidates must be able to obtain a National Agency Check and Inquiry (NACI) clearance, which the contractor shall pay for and possess exceptional customer service skills. Skill set info ll prospective candidates must have federal staffing experience equivalent of at least a Client-13. Offers without this experience will not be considered.
