**Employment Type:**Full time**Shift:**Day Shift**Description:****POSITION PURPOSE****TEMPORARY POSITION - Leave Coverage**Provides regional administrative, entry level recruitment and on-boarding support to the local Talent Acquisition teams, by delivering an exceptional service to the hiring managers, internal colleagues and external applicants, while complying with the hiring process.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**+ Knows, understands, incorporates, and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions.+ Provides recruitment coordination support, including but not limited to, applicant tracking, assessment testing review, applicant pre-screening, and sourcing diverse candidate pools for entry level positions or high volume openings.+ In partnership with System Office HRSC Candidate Support team, follows up with candidates regarding candidacy status and outcome of interview/selection process.+ Schedules interview dates, health screens, arranges candidate travel logistics, and orientation events.+ Coordinates with Human Resources Shared Services onboarding team for tasks required to be done on-site (i.e., finger printing, I-9 verification, badge photos).+ Compiles and prepares regular and special reports on recruitment and selection activities.+ Coordinates local and regional recruiting events and maintains event calendar.+ Assists colleagues, department managers and Talent Acquisition team with basic and moderately complex recruitment issues (i.e., Workday TA module technical support and assistance, candidate status in the process, TA process questions). Provides prompt solutions, highly responsive and superior customer service to inquiries and requests. Successfully builds relationships remotely.+ Processes and tracks billing statements/invoices.+ Maintains knowledge about positions, required skills, competencies and culture of the unit/organization in order to market/recruit/source appropriate applicants.+ Assists with marketing initiatives, including ads, direct mail campaigns, Internet postings, etc.+ Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health's Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**+ Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting practices and processes as normally obtained through an Associate's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field with two (2) years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or an administrative or a customer service support role in a high volume work environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.+ Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Good keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.+ Experience using Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.+ Ability to serve as a steward of the culture by working to establish and maintain a caring, collaborative and high performance culture and displaying a commitment to diversity. Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to discuss detailed technical or sensitive information with internal and external customers. Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and ability to manage and complete work in an efficient and thorough manner.+ Flexibility with handling and prioritizing completion of multiple tasks/projects in a timely and organized manner.+ Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.**PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS**+ Must be able to set and organize own work priorities, and adapt to them as they change frequently. Must be able to work concurrently on a variety of tasks/projects in an environment that may be stressful with individuals having diverse personalities and work styles.+ Hearing sufficient for extensive telephone and face-to-face communication.+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard.+ Remains stationary for extended periods of time, extensive computer work; occasionally transports objects weighing up to 25 pounds.+ Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedure.Range:$21.20 - $30.75Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
