Temporary Talent Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Schedule: Hybrid (3x onsite, 2x remote)

Compensation: $64/hour (DOE)

A prestigious consulting firm is seeking an experienced professional to provide temporary support for a dynamic team.

Duties will include:

• Partnering with team members to deliver an excellent career development experience to staff and stakeholders
• Overseeing performance management processes, including project-based downward feedback, upward feedback, and holistic assessment
• Creating feedback foundations for new hires and leading onboarding and training sessions
• Facilitating communication between team leaders and staff
• Preparing extensively for meetings, managing materials accordingly, and following up on action items
• Supporting the year-end bonus process
• Assisting with ad-hoc HR functions as needed

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably in consulting or a people-related function, as well as a Bachelor's degree.
