What will you be doing?
* Deliver effective customer service: Provide support via phone, resolving issues timely and accurately
* Offer strong problem-solving skills: Provide innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve: Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices
* Process improvement: Continually improve programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices

* Bachelor's degree in information systems or 2 years' experience in field or related area
