What will you be doing?

* Deliver effective customer service: Provide support via phone, resolving issues timely and accurately

* Troubleshoot and resolve: Plan, administer, and support client hardware and software devices

* Process improvement: Continually improve programs and processes through the development and implementation of practical action plans, providing quality assurance and best practices

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

* Bachelor's degree in information systems or 2 years' experience in field or related area

* Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team environment

* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

* Professional and pleasant telephone manner

* Demonstrate strong PC skills and familiarity with PC operating systems (Windows 10, etc.)

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
