DescriptionPace University's Lienhard School of Nursing in the College of Health Professions is seeking a Full-time Tenure Track Faculty Member to join our faculty at either the Westchester campus located in Pleasantville, NY, or the NYC campus located in downtown Manhattan. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program is online with synchronous and asynchronous meetings. Faculty are in residence at their assigned campus and may be assigned in-person classes within the graduate program.RequirementsAll candidates must have a doctoral degree (DNP, PhD, EdD, or other doctorates) national certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and be eligible for New York State RN licensure and NYS certification as an PMHNP.An active program of scholarship and a track record of publication and grant activityTeaching experience (Academic rank and salary are commensurate with educational preparation and experience).Clinical practice experience in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner role.A background in evidence-based practice and cultural competence.Our ideal candidate:Will have strong clinical skills in the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner role.Will share a deep commitment to effective teaching, develop innovative courses, and mentor students.Will have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusiveness and actively promote diversity.Will be expected to engage in professional service within the University and beyond professional service within the University and beyondPlease include copies of your RN/NP licenses, official transcripts, a statement that describes your teaching philosophy, and a statement that describes scholarly research activities.
