Job Title: Terminal Manager

Position Summary:
As a Terminal Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all terminal operations, including but not limited to:
- Supervising and managing terminal staff
- Overseeing the loading and unloading of freight
- Ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
- Managing terminal maintenance and upkeep
- Coordinating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the trucking industry, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise terminal staff
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies
- Monitor and evaluate terminal performance
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
