**AS A TERRAIN PARK ATTENDANT YOUWILL:**

* Work closely and effectively communicate with the Terrain Park Team Lead and other members of the Terrain Park Team, to maintain the terrain park to the end of season

* Be responsible for construction, maintenance, and repair of all features; in addition to safety awareness, Terrain Park etiquette and guest relations within the terrain parks

* Assist in the execution of events.

* Provide exceptional guest service and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Maintain and assist in constructing terrain park features, which includes hand shaping, shoveling, raking, setting up, breaking down, etc.

* Assist with all daily needs of the Terrain Park department; responsible for opening and/or closing procedures.

* Inspect all terrain park features through patrolling and testing in compliance with safety guidelines.

* Assist in preparing park for special events, placing banners, etc.

* Responsible for maintenance and safety of all terrain park features, signs, promotional items, boundaries, pods and resort ropes.

* Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Advise and assist guests by interacting and responding to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner.

* Contribute feedback on terrain park design, layout, fabrication and maintenance.

* Responsible for guest relations and education.

* Assist Ski Patrol with injuries and ensure compliance with all risk management, health and safety protocols

* Other duties as assigned

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Must be at least 18 years of age Preferred

* High School graduation or equivalent Preferred

* Flexible schedule required during peak times throughout the year.

* Must be willing to work evenings, holidays and weekends Required.

* Must either snowboard or ski with advanced ability as determined by management. Skiing/Riding requirements include the ability to ski/ride 80% of features in the terrain parks Required.

* Self-starter with the ability to work well with others.

* Physical strength and ability to: work outside in rapidly changing winter environment for long periods of time; shovel and rake snow surfaces; walk, kneel, stoop, bend frequently; lift up to 75 lbs.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills, Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form including communicating on the mountain radio.

* Previous Terrain Park experience Preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

* Ability to walk up and down parks in all weather conditions.

* Ability to lift up to, and sometimes more than, 50lbs.

* Ability to Work outside in all weather conditions.

* Ability to ski/ride outside in all weather conditions.

* Ability to be ready, fit for work.

* Ability to work with power tools (cordless drills, grinders, etc.

* Lifting, Standing, Walking, Climbing/Balance Frequency: 2/3 of the time

* Sitting, Reaching, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Crawling Frequency: 1/3
