Working with the Terrain Parks Supervisor, this position also assists in the design of all terrain park elements to provide a fun and safe experience for our guests. This is a seasonal full-time position with potential to become year-round. The wage range for this role is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.ESSENTIAL DUTIESCreate fun, animated and safe terrain parks that drive experience and visitationResponsible for building and maintenance of all terrain parksCommunicate daily to terrain park supervisor, park staff, and design teamCollaborate with other divisions/departmentsDevelop and foster relationships with key partners, i.e. Stratton Winter Sports Club, SMS, USASA, USSS, and othersAdditional duties as assigned by ManagerEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:Expert level snowcat operatorTerrain park design and build experience with a similar operation to Stratton MountainQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSKnowledge of terrain park trends, design, building and best practicesCompetent terrain park rider or skierSolid computer skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsValid driver's licenseTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Occasional travel required for industry conventions or trainings.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work nights, evenings, weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
