A Freestyle Terrain Park Groomer is an artist of snow and mountains, honing their snowcraft terrain sculpting skills on the slopes while working with the team to create stoke for the guests visiting our parks.This is a Full-Time, Seasonal PositionQualifications & Experience:Mt. - Must be at least 19 years of age or older for insurance purposes
- Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail; safety focused
- Demonstrated knowledge of daily snow cat maintenance
- One full season of experience operating a snow cat
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and shovel heavy snow
- Ability to work in all winter weather conditions
- Basic mechanical skills to perform minor maintenance of snow cat
- Ability to commit to working shifts on weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Compensation:
- Starting Wage: $20.19 Hourly
- Base starting wage will be altered to commensurate additional certifications, licensures, and experience.
