Job SummaryAssist Terrain Park Lead Supervisor with design, construction, and maintenance of terrain parks. Assist with training and motivating staff. Ensure friendly, courteous, and professional service is provided to guests. Snow grooming skills and supervisory experience required. Ability to ski or snowboard, experience in terrain park construction and maintenance, and working knowledge of snow sports and resort operations preferred. - Monitor terrain parks with regard to operations, training, standards, and guest services
- Promote professional development among terrain park employees
- Monitor radio at all times, monitor terrain parks throughout the day
- Assist in any terrain park changes, builds or construction of features
- Assist in training employees, documenting accidents and regular day to day operations,
- Assist in snow grooming operations, snowmaking, patrol, or lifts department as needed
- Other duties deemed necessary by management
