Location This position is located at 914 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania, 19342 United States Role Summary A Stock Seasonal Sales Associate supports the operations of the store with an emphasis on stock processes. They support the flow of product at all stages including inventory receipt, product placement, and customer pick-up. They uphold terrain's four promises: to welcome, to inspire, to inform and to appreciate our customer. Role Responsibilities Customer Experience
- Contributes to the store and customer experience by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
- Supports the customer in-store pickup process including loading of product into vehicles
- Supports timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities to inspire the customer; participates in maintaining store facility standards in some store locations
Teamwork + Communication
- Actively participates in daily meetings and projects; facilitates the sharing of relevant information regarding shipment, restock, and back of house organization
- Takes initiative and works productively with the team to achieve common, collaborative goals; remains flexible as priorities change due to business needs
- Communicates daily with the leadership team on supply needs, flow of shipment, support needs, shipping damages, and box count discrepancies
Visual + Business Operations
- Collaborates with key partners to effectively lead the shipment process including UPS/USPS deliveries, product drop shipments, transfers, and damages; maintains a record for all receiving paperwork for store's inventory integrity
- Understands and effectively uses store systems and MPOS applications that support stock responsibilities such as the RF app, labeling app, and price verification functions
- Partners with the leadership team to oversee organizational standards in back of house and exercises creative decision-making to impact organization and efficiency; keeps all receiving, shipping, stock, supply, and production areas clean and organized
- Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store
Role Qualifications
- Terrain brand fan
- Basic knowledge of horticulture
- Ability to lift in excess of 50lbs and push 100lbs on a daily basis
- Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
