Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Identify and engage potential new clients within the territory
- Manage key accounts and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales volume, revenue, and customer growth.
- Participate in regional and national industry events and conferences.
- Other tasks assigned by management team and supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, with preference for experience in medical devices, prosthetics, or related healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with the prosthetics industry, including products, market trends, and healthcare protocols, is highly beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and prosthetists.
- Strong skills in presenting products and solutions to various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and administrators.
