DescriptionThe Territory Sales Manager contributes to the success of BigIron by developing an assigned sales territory to pursue consignment sales growth and customer expansion. The employee contributes to the success of BigIron through ongoing collaboration with peers, co-workers, supervisors, managers, vendors, clients, and others who do business with BigIron. The Territory Manager will cover assigned counties in Nebraska.
- Demonstrates commitment to the Company's mission, vision, and core values
- Create and develop a plan to achieve the Territory sales budget number monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Personal commitment to ensure corporate goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Develops, recommends, plans, and implements systems, procedures, and practices; successfully move each sales transaction to more profitability
- Develop relationships and promotes BigIron through farmers gate calls and community engagement
- Ensures timely reporting of all expenses and financial data as specified by Company verbal and written policies
- Develops, plans, and implements quality control procedures for all listings, advertising, or promotional products and correspondence within the Territory
- Produces timely and qualified sales listings and reviews and ensures quality listings
- Completes required training promptly. Self identifies areas where additional training is required and demonstrates understanding of the training content while implementing training in day to day work activities
- Prepares for and actively participates in meetings, both on a departmental level and a on a company level
- Maintains a good record of attendance and punctuality
- Complies with BigIron policies and procedures as published by BigIron and which may be modified from time to time
- Uses good judgement, discretion, and integrity to review, research, and resolve issues. Considers all factors and takes appropriate actions, making good decisions that contribute to the success of the achievement of BigIron objectives
- Consistently uses strength, agility and good body mechanics when performing essential functions; develops, implements, and follows appropriate safety procedures of BigIron and/or community and regulatory agencies

Requirements
- Associate's degree, preferred, or 3-5 plus years of related sales experience and/or training
- Always maintain valid Driver's license and auto insurance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and other applications used by Company
- Experience in equipment sales in agriculture, construction, or transportation
- Strong customer service skills, both internally and externally, and community engagement
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
