Utilizing your deep understanding of industrial products and services, you will forge lasting client relationships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the continued success of the company.Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion
  • Identify, target, and engage with potential clients within designated markets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow market share.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, showcasing our product expertise.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the brand's product categories.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
  • Knowledge specific to Pumps and Mechanical Seals is required.
  • Customer knowledge of the Oklahoma industrial market is desired.
  • Sales Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Proposal Development
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and precise responses to client inquiries.
  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and report on sales performance and opportunities.
  • Industry Networking
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote the brand's products and services.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and key decision-makers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in industrial sales, with a focus on similar product categories.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with industrial processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
