Nagi Bioscience is a pioneering high-tech start-up developing NextGen laboratory equipment to unlock the full potential of alternatives to animal testing. Our Organism-on-Chip technologies enable our customers to accelerate the transition to the new era of biological testing: faster, more efficient,scalable, sustainable, and ethical.Our new product SydLab One constitutes the first fully automated platform for safety and efficacy screening on micro-organisms (Caenorhabditis elegans) within our patented Organism-on-Chip microfluidic technology. SydLab One offers to cut R&D costs, speed up decision-making processes during early discovery stages (e.g., predictive toxicity testing of chemicals, pre-clinical research, and lead optimization), and enhance the overall predictivity of substance screening. Our SydLab software solution relies on artificial intelligence to automate data analysis and interpretation.As Territory Manager for North America, you will lead the charge in bringing SydLab One and its reagents to the North American markets. This is a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in biology with a consultative sales approach to drive adoption of our innovative technology. With proven business acumen and a deep understanding of the life sciences, you will build and execute effective territory plans, positioning yourself as a trusted partner for our customers.As Nagi's first US-based hire, this role offers the potential to evolve to lead and oversee our subsidiary's growth and future team members.TasksOwn Commercial Execution: Lead sales efforts across the US and Canada, achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Evangelize Innovation: Position SydLab One as a transformative solution for R&D challenges, fostering trust and excitement in the scientific community.Consult with Technical Credibility: Use your strong biology background to understand customer needs, influence decisions, and guide technology adoption.Manage the Sales Funnel: Build a robust pipeline through exceptional prospecting, hunting, and closing skills.Territory Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute precise territory strategies, ensure accurate forecasting, and deliver business results.Customer Engagement: Understand the scientific projects and challenges of your clients, tailoring solutions to win business and foster long-term relationships.CRM Mastery: Use Odoo CRM to consistently and accurately manage the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to align efforts and execute impactful campaigns.Represent Nagi: Attend and showcase our technology at trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen our presence in the market.RequirementsEducational Background: Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and experience.Sales Experience: Demonstrable multi-year experience in life sciences sales, with a strong record in capital equipment.Launch Expertise: Experience introducing new technology to the US market is highly desirable.Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain customer relationships across North America.Customer Focus: Proven ability to establish long-term partnerships with customers.Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work with colleagues and foster a positive company culture.Drive for Success: A passion for achieving goals and driving results in a start-up environment.BenefitsBe a Trailblazer: Play a pivotal role in bringing revolutionary technology to North America.Growth Opportunity: Shape the future of our US operations and ability to step into a leadership role.Cutting-Edge Innovation: Work with groundbreaking technologies that make a tangible impact on science and society.Supportive Culture: Join a dynamic, collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.Expand your knowledge of various business industries while contributing to make our vision of ethical biological testing a reality.Candidate must be located on the East coast of the USA.#J-18808-Ljbffr
