My client is leading the renewable energy revolution but selling B2B food waste collection and upcycling that foodwaste into renewable energy. They were acquired by Blackrock a well renowned Private Equity firm and are experience high growth making over 300 hires in the last two year. Client DetailsOur client is a leading innovator in the renewable energy manufacturing and waste digestion industry. They specialize in developing sustainable solutions that harness clean energy from organic waste materials, with a mission to promote environmental stewardship through cutting-edge technology and efficient resource management.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Market Development: Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for renewable energy and waste digestion solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their sustainability goals.
  • Business Development: Prospect and qualify new leads, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions and support customer requirements.Profile
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field (e.g., Business, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, etc.).
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or project management in the renewable energy sector.
    • Specific experience within waste management is a huge plus.
    • Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, regulations, and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.Job Offer
      • Remote role with 50% travel across region
      • $100,000 -$125,000 base salary + uncapped variable
