POSITION: Territory ManagerLOCATION: Richmond, VATerritory - Southern Virginia - Richmond, VA to Virginia Beach, Chesapeake. Also, includes Roanoke, Blacksburg.The ideal candidate lives in Richmond, VA or Virginia Beach, VA5 years of business-to-business sales experience selling for companies like - ADP, Paychex, Cintas, Pitney Bowes, etc. Two plus years of direct medical laser, B2B sales experience plus capital equipment sales experience, preferred. Familiarity selling to physicians in private, group, and hospital settings is a plus.Base salary $55k to $65k, with an OTE of $100k to $120K.Car Allowance $675/mo., gas, travel and entertainment expenses.The client provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.About the clientThe client is an industry leader and manufacturer of medical aesthetic lasers and light source technologies. Working within a dynamic territory, you'll represent their full suite of industry-leading products, engage with top professionals, and make a real impact on your clients' success. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, planning strategies, delivering captivating presentations, and securing lasting partnerships.   • Establish and maintain relationships with clients. Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations. Develop business strategies with customers to ensure their success.
  • Be responsible for planning and implementing strategies for elevating sales.
  • Perform marketing research and manage territory.
  • Support in-service training and subsequent training.
  • Track and report sales in an organized and timely manner. Assist with post-sale customer issues.
  • Work with Field Service and company staff.

Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of sales experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Two plus years of direct medical laser, B2B sales experience plus capital equipment sales experience, preferred.
