Open Position: Territory Associate Representative
Reports to: Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and performance to achieve company goals.
- Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
- Market to clinician groups for patient referrals.
- Meet sales quotas communicated by management.
- Provide technical assistance in the operating room regionally.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport with surgeon customers and employees.
- Assist in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Manage travel expenses within budget.
- Establish referral networks and support educational activities.
- Communicate reporting materials effectively.
- Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets.
- Support the Company Quality System.
Expertise and Personality:
- Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical organizations.
- Experience in orthopedics or pain management preferred.
- Strong relationships with local physician groups.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable.
- Positive work ethic, high integrity, and excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
