Open Position: Territory Associate Representative

Reports to: Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and performance to achieve company goals.
  • Identify, target, and train surgeons for iFuse cases.
  • Market to clinician groups for patient referrals.
  • Meet sales quotas communicated by management.
  • Provide technical assistance in the operating room regionally.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport with surgeon customers and employees.
  • Assist in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Manage travel expenses within budget.
  • Establish referral networks and support educational activities.
  • Communicate reporting materials effectively.
  • Manage implant shelf life and instrument sets.
  • Support the Company Quality System.

Expertise and Personality:

  • Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience in orthopedics or pain management preferred.
  • Strong relationships with local physician groups.
  • Results-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable.
  • Positive work ethic, high integrity, and excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
