Job Description:

Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue objectives through existing and new accounts from the sales of ENvizion's ENvue system, feeding tubes and accessories, and supporting accounts in the territory with ongoing training.

Responsibilities (fundamental job duties):

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.

· Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all ENvizion products and services.

· Demonstrate the ability to sell a concept.

· Ensure customers are trained on the safety and efficacy of products in the portfolio.

· Demonstrate effective use of all approved clinical data/studies and key placement guides

· Understand market trends in the territory and feed them back to management.

· Know and understand the competitive landscape in the marketplace and implement appropriate selling strategies.

Take full responsibility for being up to date on:

o Development of goals, objectives, and admin requirements

o Sales forecasting

o Necessary hospital credentialing that may be required for access.

o Develop and maintain relationships with key physicians, nurses, clinicians, department decision-makers, and administrators (multiple decision-makers and influencers) within assigned accounts or markets.

o Prepare a Territory Business Plan for quarterly review.

o Spend at least four days per week, out of the office, calling on customers – Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Educators, Registered Dietitians, Physicians, Materials Managers, Procurement Directors, and Hospital Administration, including the CFO, CMO, CNO, and CEO

Education:

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications:

· Minimum (4) years experience of demonstrated success in disposable medical device sales – capital equipment sales preferred.

· Experience working with PC-based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in the enteral market.

· Experience working with navigation based technology

· Relationships within the ICU/CCU departments in Hospitals within the defined geographic territory

Other Required Skills and Qualities:

• Strong oral and written communications skills.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
