Job Title: Sales Manager – HVACR Wholesale Distribution

Our client is the largest manufacturer of equipment pads, and leading manufacturer and supplier of components and related products for the heating, ventilating, air conditions, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry.

Location: Texas (Houston) w/Travel 75-100%

Job Overview:

The Sales Manager will focus on expanding the market by working closely with wholesale distributors, contractors, and training wholesale personnel. You'll develop and implement sales strategies for HVACR products, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand market by selling through wholesale distributors, training wholesale personnel, and contractors.
  • Execute sales and marketing directives for a complete line of HVACR products.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue and margin goals.
  • Train and support wholesale distributor staff.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or HVAC certification.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, preferably with experience in wholesale distribution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong communicator.

Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 + 45% bonus potential (paid annually)

  • Quarterly metric/yearly metric (100% achievement of sales goal)
  • Car Allowance: $600 per month ($7,200 yearly)
