Job Description:

Scale Up Search have partnered with an innovative healthcare technology company, offering a fantastic opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager.

This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional looking to contribute to a fast-growing organization in the medical device and healthcare industry.

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling products, developing strategic territory sales plans, and managing both the clinical and financial aspects of accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must reside in Milwaukee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Quotas: Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.
  • Territory Business Planning: Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to explore new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and close new business opportunities, effectively communicating the competitive advantages of products to convert competitive accounts.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and utilize both internal and external resources to achieve territory and sales goals.
  • Reporting and Planning: Complete company reports, plans, and projects in alignment with company standards and deadlines.
  • Client Communication: Maintain ongoing, effective communication with internal teams and external customers to ensure seamless collaboration and service.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and procedures, while managing business expenses within budgetary limits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience as a top sales performer in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry, with a focus on cardiac or electrophysiology sales highly preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close new business opportunities, with strong strategic selling skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding planning, organizational, and time-management abilities, with strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using relevant computer software and sales tools, with familiarity in healthcare sales practices.
  • Travel and Physical Requirements: Ability to travel as needed within the territory and lift up to 40-50 lbs. A valid driver's license is required.
