Job Description:

Illinois Process Equipment (IPE) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to sell pumps, systems, service/repair, and energy optimization services to industrial end users and OEMs in the Central and Western Illinois area. Markets include Chemical Process, Steel, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Biofuels, Power, and General Industry. The products we represent are premium brands that require a consultative sales approach with the goal of solving a customer's problem. Must be adept at building relationships with maintenance, reliability, engineering, and purchasing personnel.

Value selling skills are extremely important for this role. Must be comfortable communicating with maintenance, engineering, and purchasing personnel. Excellent prospecting skills are paramount to success as a Territory Sales Manager. Must be a self-starter that is motivated by the satisfaction of helping clients. Must be able to travel up to 3 nights per week. Work from home office. Must live in the sales territory. Ideal locations: Peoria, Rockford, or Bloomington. Will consider other areas in the territory for the right individual. Prior experience selling industrial equipment is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of liquid processes is required.

Compensation: Base salary plus commission ($100K+ potential)
